Sharswood Phase III adds 224 brand new, mixed-income homes, retail space, and on-site supportive services as it creates a vibrant gateway to the Sharswood neighborhood of Philadelphia. Spread across 14 sites, and including 21 buildings, the improvements will include mid-rise apartments, mixed townhomes and flats.
MidAtlantic supported the development team by providing survey and civil engineering services including boundary, topo and utility surveys, as built survey, existing building façade survey to support architectural design, lot consolidation plans and legal description, and ALTA Land Title surveys.
We also coordination multiple applications and approvals, created zoning plans, conducted appropriate stormwater management tasks including design phase, reporting, application and approvals with the Philadelphia Water Department. We are proud to have provided continued civil engineering support in the creation of construction documents, ADA ramp design, PennDOT and Philadelphia Streets Department applications and approvals, and construction administration via submittals, meeting coordination’s and RFI’s.
