MidAtlantic Engineering was engaged for civil engineering, surveying, and permitting services in the effort to preserve and reuse the historic Officer’s and Non-Commissioned Officer’s Quarters at Fort Monmouth, including the Commandant’s Residence. As part of the BRAC process, these historic buildings were to be reconditioned and put back into use as market rate for sale residences and affordable housing apartments, each being situated around the Parade Grounds.
