Congratulations to the entire project team, including Pegasus, MHS Architecture and MidAtlantic team members Joseph Mele, PE, PLS, PP, LEED-AP and John Kerber on this project milestone. Our team provided professional planning, civil engineering, and environmental engineering services in support of the twin 160 feet towers. The towers will provide over 600 residential units, 15% of which are designated as affordable housing. In addition, the project plans to add over 5,000 square foot of retail space that will benefit foot traffic in the area, and considerations were made to allow for future widening of Marin Boulevard to support long term bicycle infrastructure goals in Jersey City.
