As part of a larger development plan, 2000 Ridge Avenue is a proposed mixed-use, five story commercial and residential building designed to retain commercial space in the community, while adding density and creating affordable and accessible housing in one of Philadelphia’s fastest growing neighborhoods.
1409 North 21st Street is staged for construction on a vacant corner lot in the Sharswood neighborhood. The project will bring positive change to the community, providing affordable housing in the form of a four story building containing 24 residential units with dedicated vehicle parking and resident bike storage.
