On Thursday, MidAtlantic attended the Bisnow ‘State of the Economy’ event held at the Nemours 76ers multi-purpose arena and sports complex in Wilmington, Delaware. The Delaware commercial real estate market was discussed along with major upcoming developments and trends impacting the industry. Marketing strategies to promote regeneration of the area were brought into view and discussed.
