In April of 2023, MidAtlantic began offering Architecture & Design services. Led by principal architect and professional planner Robert Larsen, the team has over 75 years of combined experience in planning, design, and construction. In their first two years, the MidAtlantic Architecture & Design team has worked on a wide variety of projects across the state and beyond.
MidAtlantic’s architecture team works on a variety of builds, including multi-family and mixed-use buildings, single-family residential homes, and commercial spaces. Services available include conceptual design; planning; zoning analysis and feasibility; landscape architecture; existing condition documentation; lidar scanning; boma area analysis; construction documentation; 3D renderings; and virtual walkthroughs.
The team is thrilled to have been offering its services to clients across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina over the last two years, and looks forward to many more years to come.
