MidAtlantic continues to provide engineering and planning services for sites and buildings throughout New Jersey that are being repurposed for existing and new tenants. We work with the municipalities to ensure that the site features including building facades, site circulation, utilities, lighting, landscaping and signage are reconstructed to a standard equal to that of new construction. These efforts go a long way to improve safety and aesthetics along local and state roadways within municipalities.
