MidAtlantic, a civil, architectural, environmental, and marine engineering and surveying firm, is pleased to announce that Suzanne E. Warren, PLS has been named a partner in the firm.  In 2016, Warren joined MidAtlantic and immediately began to improve and grow the company’s Land Surveying Division.  Under the years of her stewardship, this service branch has implemented key strategies to improve quality control and efficiency, establishing Warren as an industry leader in her field.

Warren is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.  She has over 40 years of experience which has included overseeing thousands of Boundary and ALTA surveys, launching MidAtlantic’s use of UAV flights for photogrammetry and topography development, detailed and expansive utility surveys, and setting field procedures for the automation of mapping techniques.  Her work has included surveys for property transactions and engineering designs, heavy highway and bridge construction, and expert testimony supporting litigation.

“Having worked in both the engineering world and the construction industry, as well as previously being a partner in a consulting firm, I recognize the strength of a company like MidAtlantic,” Warren said.  “The past eight years have provided great challenges and truly rewarding results.  MidAtlantic has a strong team of people, a great work environment, and I am excited to be a part of ownership here.”

MidAtlantic’s founding partners, Louis Zuegner and William Parkhill, are thrilled that Warren has agreed to take on the added responsibilities of becoming a partner.

“Running the survey group within MidAtlantic is a significant challenge.  Suzanne has done a wonderful job.  She has undoubtedly been a tremendous asset to the firm,” Zuegner said.  “Her ability to be a strategic problem solver and to continually innovate with equipment while educating all of her staff, both in the field and within the office, has produced measurable results for our clients.”

“Suzanne is well-respected by our clients and her peers,” William Parkhill said.  “From the time she joined the firm, she established herself as a leader, assuming responsibility and showing a desire to advance the Company’s capabilities and reputation.  She will play a key role in MidAtlantic’s continued growth.”

Warren is a veteran of the USMC.  She is a former co-founder and president of the firm Ott and Warren Land Engineering, P.C., and a longtime resident of Burlington County, NJ.
