Congratulations to our client HHG Development Associates on completion of this exciting redevelopment project. MidAtlantic was excited to be involved in this project providing civil engineering, surveying, and permitting services in the effort to redevelop Block 3 of the overall Roebling Complex in the City of Trenton. The property will adapt and re-use several existing and historic factory buildings and create several infill buildings through multiple phases of construction and approvals. Phase I consists of 130 loft style homes and is seeking LEED Platinum certification.
