MidAtlantic recently helped a client in need of a comprehensive suite of survey services in Gloucester Township, New Jersey. Our services were conducted under the oversight of one of our in-house, Professional Land Surveyors, and included the completion of Final Construction As-builts that documented all new on-site improvements including visible utilities, storm and sanitary structures complete with pipe inverts and gradients and structure rim and grate elevations, building finished floor elevations, and the final grades around the building. In addition, an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey was completed to support the closeout of this project.
MidAtlantic’s Mark Hatcher utilized remote sensing technology and robotic total stations to accurately and efficiently survey the property. We can’t wait to stop in for a car wash soon at the new ModWash Gloucester Township!
