Andrew is a highly skilled professional engineer diver bringing over 8 years of experience in topside and underwater bridge inspections. He also has extensive experience in waterfront facility condition assessments. His experience spans from performing complex inspections on bridges like the Chesapeake Bay Bridge (William Prescott Lane Memorial Bridge) to performing ASCE 130 compliant waterfront inspections on army installations such as MOTCO and MOTSU (Military Ocean Terminal Concord and Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, respectively).
