MidAtlantic recently received preliminary and final planning board approval on the site plan and subdivision for Mariner’s Village at Keyport. This project features 120 waterfront units of multi-family housing directly adjacent to an existing marina. Some other amenities featured on the property include a pool, dog park, trails and access to the water.
Significant coordination and pre-planning was required regarding the various environmental constraints to determine developable area. Development will include the reconstruction of coastal wetlands.
