MidAtlantic recently received Planning Board approval for 443 units (including 89 affordable units) within 12 buildings and a clubhouse in West Windsor. The application included the use of banked parking to reduce the amount of overall spaces required for construction at this time. This project’s success is due to the dedicated team working together so well to accomplish great things including our clients, Pizzo & Pizzo and Woodmont Properties, the property owner, Princeton Theological Seminary, VLBJR Architects, Shropshire Associates, serving as our Traffic Engineer, and Fox Rothschild Attorneys at Law. #civilengineeringservices #site/civil #sitedesign #affordablehousing
