MidAtlantic continues our involvement with redevelopment in Trenton at the Roebling Complex with great pride. This is an incredible on-going rejuvenation of a former industrial site with deep historic roots.
MidAtlantic has been involved with the property in various forms for the past ten years and just this March helped in obtaining amended Site Plan approval to facilitate the next and newest phases of work on the property which will include two new Loft Buildings, a spectacular outdoor plaza, and rehabilitation of another historic building for use as a restaurant and microbrewery. We wish continued grand success to the development team!
