MidAtlantic was engaged to investigate the potential alternative use of an existing retail site in Milltown Borough, New Jersey. The property’s anchor tenant was leaving but the site’s great location among many other positive attributes made the site an excellent candidate for redevelopment.
Ultimately, our client determined to move forward with redeveloping the site for multi-family residential use, and the proposal received unanimous approval from the Borough Planning Board on March 16, 2023. MidAtlantic enjoyed working with a great team of professionals and experts in bringing this site through the design and approval process at the Borough. Congratulations to all those involved!
