MidAtlantic recently received an approval on a project in the borough of Woodland Park, NJ, which is a joint venture between Stro Partners and The KRE Group. The approved space is a 205,350 square foot warehouse with ancillary office and restaurant space. MidAtlantic will be responsible for the Environmental and Site/Civil work.
