John Kerber is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional and Professional Engineer. He has over twenty-five years of environmental engineering experience in the investigation, monitoring, and remediation of contaminants in air, groundwater, and soil. John’s experience includes the conduct and management of ISRA Compliance, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, workplan preparation and implementation, permitting, remedial actions, underground and aboveground storage tank management, health and safety plan preparation and implementation, air monitoring, construction monitoring and management, alternative fill import/export, and handling of hazardous and nonhazardous materials. |

Suzanne Warren is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in land surveying, including management and supervision of surveyor teams in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets. She received her training in the United Stated Marine Corps and was previously co-owner of a civil engineering and land surveying firm before coming to join the team at MidAtlantic. Her experience includes managing survey activities to support the road widening and construction of NJ Turnpike bridges as well as other large scale construction administration projects, topography surveys, ALTA land surveys and construction stakeout. |

Stuart Lewis is a Professional Engineer master-diver with 12 years of experience in waterfront development and rehabilitation projects. This experience includes structural inspection, designing, permitting, providing resident engineering services, developing and implementing inspection databases, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and ferry landing design and logistics. He has conducted numerous above and underwater investigations of marine facilities throughout the Eastern and Western United States. He has extensive experience in recognizing biological, chemical and mechanical deterioration in timber, concrete and steel elements. |

Greg Domalewski is a Professional Engineer who has been focused on providing project management and design for a diverse spectrum of development projects over the past 15 years. His strongest engineering trait is his ability to understand the multi-faceted aspects of site development through close coordination with all parties to produce well-conceived site designs. He consistently pursues ways to improve the design process and provide the client with further design detail to increase construction accuracy, which directly decreases potential conflicts that affect project cost and time. Greg brings relevant municipal experience having previously worked directly with boards and governing bodies in varying capacities. |

Peggy Steinhauser has over 30 years of experience with a focus on the design and management of both land development and landscape architecture projects. Recent project experience includes Shopping Center Development, Downtown Redevelopment, Waterfront Development, Hotel & Restaurant Development, Residential Development and many other types of commercial business development. She also maintains certifications in Preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Compliance Inspector of Stormwater Facilities. Ms. Steinhauser holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Landscape Architect. |
