Congratulations to the head of our Land Surveying department, Suzanne Warren, PLS, who recently served as an expert witness during a court proceeding for adverse possession. Based on the expert testimony provided by Suzanne, the court ruled on behalf of our client. Great job Suzanne!
Today we remember, we mourn, and we honor all of our fallen heroes. Here is a nice shot of one of our divers with New York City and the beautiful Freedom Tower in the distance. #neverforget #NYC

We hope everyone enjoyed the holiday weekend. This busy industrial site was one of MidAtlantic’s recent efforts in Bucks County, PA where we provided design, permitting, and surveying services from conception to completion.
MidAtlantic Engineering is proud of our involvement in permitting and approvals for the 280 unit multifamily property in Harrison NJ. This development is a partnership of two strong developers, at the regional and national levels. Cobalt Lofts is a true urban development. The five story building includes a wrapped parking structure and is loaded with amenities for tenants. See below for some images of the property, courtesy of @cobaltlofts on Instagram. MidAtlantic is performing the annual ocean outfall inspection for the Cape May County Municipal Utility Authority. The contract requires a representative from the client to be on-board the boat during the inspection. However, due to COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines, we are using zoom meetings to allow the client to have live direct access to the video and audio, from the safety of their home office. #inthistogether #JerseyStrong #backtowork
We all face this challenge together.
The whole MidAtlantic team has a brave and determined outlook. Like many of you, we continue to try and understand and cope with the COVID-19 outbreak.
“We remain open to serve our clients. Many of our employees continue to be in the office while we have plans in place to operate fully remotely if needed. Let’s hope it is not needed,” states firm Principal Louis Zuegner.
Uncertainty is difficult for everyone. In the midst of this viral contagion, the health and safety of staff and clients remains our top priority. Finding means to safely and effectively keep working is also critical for any operating small business and MidAtlantic’s great and talented staff are working hard to keep the wheels turning. While we are open for business during this challenging time, some of our offices have already been moved to remote work environments at the direction of our elected officials. The employees still reporting to the office are following all the proper guidelines and procedures put in place by the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html).
We know that the work we do is important for many communities and companies in our area and we’re committed to continuing to meet our clients’ needs during this public health crisis. Together, we will find success in the face of this challenge.
