Friends and family all gathered together for MidAtlantic Engineering’s annual fall event. The event took place in Cinnaminson, NJ for some go karting fun. Matthew Ryan was our 3rd place winner, followed by Greg Domalewski in 2nd, and our 1st place winner, Zeke Cullen, took home the Grand Prize – a pair of Eagles vs Giants tickets. Last week, William Wendling and Jordan Hopkins out of our Media, PA office attended Delaware’s 4th Annual Commercial Real Estate Forecast Conference. The event focused on the economic demands of the past and future of what is next for Delaware. Guest speakers in the Commercial Real Estate industry presented and gave an overview about Delaware’s Opportunities & Trends, Market/Multifamily Apartments, and the Evaluation of the Office Market.
We just recently received approvals for a 116-unit, mixed income development in South Brunswick. This project will be submitted to the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency for financing under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
MidAtlantic, in collaboration with Christ Care Baptist Church and Eastern Pacific Development, received approvals from Winslow Township for Phase III of the Winslow Cross Creek project, bringing 60 additional affordable housing units to this already thriving community. Construction is expected to begin in early 2020.
Last week, MidAtlantic received approvals from Hillsborough Township for an exciting, new multi-family housing development featuring 88 affordable housing units. The stormwater management design features unique bio-retention swales that provide green measures well beyond local and state requirements. #gogreen #greenbuilding #civilengineeringdesign
