Last week, MidAtlantic received planning board approvals for Phases III & IV of the Branch Village Redevelopment Project in Camden. The approval includes 133 townhouse and apartment units and various amenities. We would like to congratulate our clients The Michaels Organization and The Housing Authority of the City of Camden on the success of this project which is helping to rejuvenate Camden.
Another Planning Board Approval in the Books for MidAtlantic!
MidAtlantic recently received Planning Board approval for 443 units (including 89 affordable units) within 12 buildings and a clubhouse in West Windsor. The application included the use of banked parking to reduce the amount of overall spaces required for construction at this time. This project’s success is due to the dedicated team working together so well to accomplish great things including our clients, Pizzo & Pizzo and Woodmont Properties, the property owner, Princeton Theological Seminary, VLBJR Architects, Shropshire Associates, serving as our Traffic Engineer, and Fox Rothschild Attorneys at Law. #civilengineeringservices #site/civil #sitedesign #affordablehousing
