Congratulations to our client HHG Development Associates on completion of this exciting redevelopment project. MidAtlantic was excited to be involved in this project providing civil engineering, surveying, and permitting services in the effort to redevelop Block 3 of the overall Roebling Complex in the City of Trenton. The property will adapt and re-use several existing and historic factory buildings and create several infill buildings through multiple phases of construction and approvals. Phase I consists of 130 loft style homes and is seeking LEED Platinum certification.

Congratulations to our client, Holbrook Little League from Jackson, NJ for making it into the Little League World Series and for amazing effort put forth by the team to be able to make it so far in the series. MidAtlantic Engineering was engaged for civil engineering services and surveying in support of exterior renovations to the historic Hartley Dodge Memorial building in Madison, NJ. MidAtlantic worked closely with the project team to make improvements that will maintain the safety of the public all while adhering to the historic requirements including new concrete sidewalks, asphalt resurfacing, and light pole bases. MidAtlantic was pleased to be involved in this project, bringing new life to a piece of history.
