The Environmental Protection Agency announced their adoption of ASTM E1527-21 and subsequent amendment of the All Appropriate Inquires Rule on December 15, 2022. The Rule will be effective February 13, 2023, with a 1-year phase-out period for the previous standard, ASTM E1527-13.
